Gift Economy

  • The Gift Economy model is used for select services to invite mutual trust and reciprocity. This model allows you to offer a contribution based on your financial capacity and abundance.

  • After receiving the service, you choose the amount you’d like to offer based on your financial means. Suggested donation rates are available for guidance, but you're free to give what feels right. Bartering is also an option for this model.

Sliding-Scale

  • Sliding Scale ensures everyone has access to high-quality services, with the same attention and care, no matter where they fall on the scale.

  • You’ll be able to choose a payment level within the provided range,. hose with more financial resources are encouraged to pay higher on the scale, helping to make the service accessible to others who may need to pay lower.

A note on groups & organizational packages

I don’t offer set rates for organizations and groups because each workshop is uniquely tailored to meet your specific needs. Several factors influence the overall cost, including:

  • Workshop Length: Shorter sessions, such as a 1-hour introduction, will generally have a lower cost, while more comprehensive half-day or full-day workshops are priced higher due to the additional time and depth of content provided.

  • Group Size: Larger groups often require more preparation, individualized attention, and materials. I offer flexible pricing that can be structured on a per-participant basis or as a flat rate for up to a certain number of attendees, depending on the group size and needs.

  • Customization: Workshops that are customized to your organization’s specific goals—whether it’s leadership development, team dynamics, or improving communication—require more planning and content creation, which can impact pricing. Tailoring the content ensures your team receives maximum value.

  • Ongoing Support: If your organization would benefit from follow-up sessions, detailed reports, or ongoing consultation post-workshop, this can add value and justify a higher price. These additional services help your team integrate what they’ve learned into everyday practice.
