  • "Yoo-Jin's training on Healing as Resistance was so informative and I was impressed with how quickly she was able to turn an online Zoom-session into a safe place for me and my colleagues to work through terminology and concepts that speak to our lived experiences. She has an engaging and welcoming presence and I look forward to more opportunities to learn from her."

    - Elina, MEF Associates 2023

  • “I really appreciated having you as the facilitator in this training, Yoo-Jin. It was nice going into the space already knowing everyone and having the facilitator knowing our direct needs. I can honestly say I learned more from this training that I have any of the other DEI-related trainings we have had recently. The pre-work article was also really eye-opening and something I continue to refer back to.”

    Training Participant 2023

  • "Fantastic information, energetic and relatable presenter- used everyday examples and really facilitated a fantastic session. I would attend this class again!"

    Training Participant 2024

  • "Yoo-Jin created and led a workshop for our barre instructors after a discussion about our plans to bring back hands-on adjustments for in-studio clients for the first time since 2020. The workshop was engaging, inclusive, and powerful. I highly recommend working with Yoo-Jin and fully intend to have all of our future instructors go through training with her as well."

    Lauren F, OpenBarre

  • "Thank you so much for sharing your time and insights in our Closing Session today, Yoo-Jin! From the powerful data to your calming presence, it was a wonderful way to end the Conference. I learned a lot and resonated with much of what you shared. I am so grateful for this conversation on recognizing and healing through secondary trauma and burnout in the corporate space."

    Keynote Speaker Audience Member

    Staff Conference Participant

  • “Yoo-Jin’s perspective on prevention helped us better understand how underage drinking prevention intersects with messages around wellness, which resonates more with college students. Her insights…provided us with a fresh perspective on the way the program is branded and promoted."

Ready to Heal and Thrive?

Whether you're looking to heal workplace trauma, advance your career, or create a more inclusive and aligned organization, I’m here to support your journey.

Who I’ve worked with

My Values & Approach.

  • Equity at the Core- I believe that all social causes are interconnected. That's why equity is at the heart of my work in diversity, equity, and inclusion. By prioritizing equity, I aim to dismantle systemic barriers and foster lasting change in every aspect of my approach.

  • Healing Justice- I integrate trauma-informed care and mind-body medicine into everything I do—from consulting to workshops. This ensures that healing is centered, not just as an outcome, but as a fundamental part of the process.

  • People-Centered- I create spaces where individuals are empowered to show up fully as themselves. My guiding principle: People > Agenda. It’s not just about the work we do; it’s about honoring the people doing it.

  • Interdependence- I deeply believe in the power of community and connection. My liberation is bound to yours. Through peer learning and collective efforts, we move equity work forward together, amplifying the impact of our shared experiences.

  • Accountability- I embrace accountability as a practice of growth. I commit to acknowledging my mistakes, learning from them, and evolving. Using a restorative justice approach, I create spaces where people can be held accountable in a way that promotes healing, not harm.
