Integrative Coaching For The Whole Person.

I help leaders and organizations move from burnout and overextension to clarity, regulation, and aligned impact, through an integrative approach that connects strategy, nervous system, identity, and purpose.

My work blends executive coaching, organizational development, trauma-informed practice, somatic intelligence, equity-centered frameworks, and, when desired, archetypal tools such as astrology, because traditional leadership development fails when it ignores the body, identity, and deeper patterns shaping behavior.

You might be here if you are:

  • A leader, executive, or founder who wants to lead with clarity, integrity, and authenticity.

  • A high achiever who appears successful on the outside, but internally feels stretched thin, disconnected, or ready for a more sustainable way of leading.

  • A professional navigating complexity, pressure, or transition, while also carrying lived experience, identity, culture, or family context that shapes how you show up at work.

  • A person carrying significant emotional, relational, or cultural labor in their life, whether or not it is formally recognized.

  • One of the “onlys” in your team or organization (the only woman, the only queer person, the only first-gen professional, the only person of color, etc.) and feeling the weight of visibility, expectation, or isolation.

The Challenge

Most leadership development focuses on skills alone.

But leadership challenges rarely live only in the mind.

Authentic leadership development also requires us to examine:

  • Nervous systems that are conditioned for urgency, self-preservation, and survival

  • Cultural identities and lived experiences

  • Power dynamics embedded in our systems and organizations

  • Burnout culture disguised as high achievement or professional excellence

When leadership work ignores the whole person, change stays surface‑level and can deplete where it should sustain and support.

My Four Pillars of Integrated Leadership

My work bridges internal transformation and external systems change. We don’t just improve performance, we reshape how you lead from the inside out.

01. Self-Awareness (Mind)

Strategic thinking, decision-making, cognitive skills (This is where traditional leadership development stops

02. Nervous System Regulation (Body)

Somatic intelligence, nervous system regulation, embodied presence (Trauma-informed care + mind-body practices)

03. Context (Culture)

Identity, power, systems, equity (antiracism + healing justice frameworks)

04. Alignment (Spirit)

Values, purpose, meaning, direction (Archetypal tools, such as astrology, and evidence-based leadership assessments)

I’m Yoo‑Jin, an integrative leadership strategist with over a decade of experience across organizational development, equity‑centered facilitation, executive coaching, and healing‑centered practice.

My work blends evidence‑based leadership strategy with trauma‑informed care, somatic intelligence, cultural identity work, and (for interested clients) archetypal frameworks. Through my career, I found that traditional leadership models fail when they ignore the body, identity, and deeper patterns shaping behavior.
